Currently, I am working as a Research Associate at the Centre for Peace and Justice, Brac University.

I worked at Shikho. from April 2022 to September 2023. My job was to create strategies and processes and I couldn't love the office environment enough.

Some of the highlights were where I-

Developed a PDS (Product Data Sheet) system

Organized and led weekly training sessions to empower 100+coworkers.

Conducted quality Control of 3000+ contents within a year.

Reduced company’s spenditure by 70% by creating effective strategies.

I started as an instructor at 10 Minute School . Later joined as a part time community manager, where my role was to lead their social media. After my graduation, I joined the content team as a full timer.

Some of the highlights were when I-

Was able to bring in 800k new members to its Facebook within a year as a Social Media (Facebook) Lead.

Created the "Training of Teachers" course which has been enrolled by 41,000 people.

Made 500+ lectures for k-12 students.

Got recognized as the instructor of the month (Feb 2018), performer of the quarter (Apr-June 2019), best performer for two projects (2019) and team of the year (QAC in 2020).

After completing a voice training from Bishwa Kolakendro, I started working as a freelance voice artist. I lend my voice to 96 audiobooks in 10MS back in 2019; of course as a noob. In 2020, when COVID hit, I lend my voice to 2 pandemic related contents. One for Sajida Foundation and another for GP. (Yes, that "mask porun girl" is me if you're a GP user.) Did a few with Telenor and then I got a contract from DW in 2021. I dub their German shows in Bangla. So far, I have lend my voice to 54 documentaries and still working with them.

BLAST was my first 9-5 job where I worked as a research intern and later became a field researcher. One of my works has been published as a book titled: Living Under The Sentence of Death (ISBN:978-1-8384709-0-6)

I started working as a transcriber and interviewer in a research project by DMP in December 2016. That was 4 sleepless nights. Next year, I worked for CID as a Research Assistant in 2017. Later, I got research projects from BLAST and CTTC. For the first time in my life, I contributed to a 400 page long research paper. From there, I started attending research workshops and I took a few trainings from organizations like BIPSS, Centre for Genocide Studies, BIGD and SRCBD; worked in BLAST and CTTC too. I attended five international conferences as an author-presenter to present my reseach work.

Spreeha was my first workplace, where I worked as a content writer. It was 2016 and my life at university just began. You know that urge to engage in everything in those early uni days? Spreeha happened to me like that. I wanted to "do something!" I joined as a content writer, writing small articles for them. But this was the place I first experienced what sitting in an office feels like.
